Little Lotus Aqua-Fit

Little Lotus Aqua-Fit is a unique, water-based class designed especially for postnatal mums and their babies.

 

With a focus on fun, low-impact movement, this 60-minute, midwife-led session supports your physical wellbeing while offering a special bonding experience with your baby. Unlike traditional baby swimming, this class keeps mum at the centre — your little one joins you in the water as your workout partner, adding gentle resistance and playful connection.

 

Featuring uplifting music, a relaxed atmosphere, and group sizes kept to just six mums, it’s a calm and empowering space to move, recover confidence, and enjoy time together. Classes run in six-week blocks and are split into 0–6 month, 6–12 month and 0-12 month groups to suit your baby’s stage and support their development.

Our next Little Lotus Aqua-Fit block on sale will be a 6 week course running from 15th/17th April - 20th/22nd May 2026 - Keep your eye out for our booking release date!

But that's not all... 
We are so SO excited to be introducing Little Lotus Splash & Swim - An introduction to swimming lessons class to our timetable for our 12-18 month old babies. These will be 30 minute classes on a Wednesday and Friday afternoon. Our classes will work on building water confidence, safety skills and help your little ones to learn the foundations of swimming through play, music and lots of fun!
