Recognising a gap in the market during their own maternity leave, Lucy and Rheo set out to offer aquanatal classes led by midwives, filling a unique niche in Leicester and Leicestershire. We currently host three specialised aquanatal classes in various venues across Leicester, and our co-founder Lucy also spearheads Nesting Lotus Oasis, a bespoke program that combines aquanatal sessions, Pilates-based exercises, and relaxation techniques to cater to the holistic well-being of pregnant individuals.
