Service Description

Join us on Tuesday 3rd December at Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre for our FREE Aquanatal 'Move' Event with Nesting Lotus & the 'Active Mums Club'. Midwife-led aquanatal class for pregnant and postnatal mums. Safe for all stages of pregnancy and up to one year post-birth. All fitness levels and swimming abilities welcome. We would love for you to be a part of any photos or videos taken during the class. Images will be used by Nesting Lotus for promotional purposes.
